Electrotechnician (M/F)

The role

Our team of experts specializing in industry is recruiting for its client, a specialist in pumping and irrigation, an Electrotechnician (M/F) for a long-term temporary contract in Nantes.

Contract: long-term temporary contract
Location: Divatte sur Loire

Reporting to the Production and After-Sales Manager, you will work in the Grand Ouest region (Brittany, Pays de la Loire, Centre Val de Loire) to diagnose and troubleshoot for clients: market gardeners, nurserymen, horticulturists, arboriculturists, and farmers.

Your main missions are as follows

Diagnose and troubleshoot our clients' electrotechnical, electrical, and hydraulic installations, pumping systems (borehole pumps, surface pumps, dosing pumps, etc.), sand filtration, fertilization stations, repair of PVC, PE water networks, etc.
Check and troubleshoot electrical cabinets and equipment
Ensure preventive maintenance of our installations
Ensure the finalization of your interventions
Establish technical reports for the traceability of your interventions via internal tools (writing skills required)
Propose solutions for improving installations

The profile we're looking for

Education: BAC Pro specialized in electrotechnics or electricity to BAC+2 level.

You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience as an electrotechnician, HVAC technician, or industrial electrician.

You enjoy working alone and outdoors (very often in greenhouses), daily travel stimulates you.

Expected skills: interventions on pumping systems, variable speed drives.

Personal qualities: autonomy, interpersonal skills.

Travel: mainly Pays de la Loire and Brittany but also throughout France (daily or over several days depending on the site).
