
Job offer : Green Energy Electromechanic (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will ensure preventive and curative maintenance, diagnostics, and optimization of electromechanical equipment dedicated to green energy production and distribution systems.
Your interventions cover the following areas
Virtuous Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
Identify breakdowns and malfunctions on renewable energy installations (industrial heat pumps, pumping units, inverters, control cabinets, motors, and drives).
Perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic measurements to ensure optimal energy efficiency of the equipment.
Maintenance & Repair
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure in the workshop or directly at green production sites.
Replace worn parts, perform wiring, mechanical alignments, and restore electromechanical components.
Commissioning & Optimization
Connect and commission new equipment or automation cabinets dedicated to energy management.
Configure control units (PLCs, variable speed drives) to maximize energy efficiency and reduce the carbon footprint of installations.
Monitoring & Reporting
Write technical intervention reports and update tracking sheets.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and current environmental regulations.

The profile we're looking for
Profile soughtEducation: Holder of a Bac Pro to Bac+2 (BTS) in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Energy Engineering.
Experience: You have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in an electromechanic or maintenance technician position, ideally in the energy, environment, or industrial sector.
Technical skills
Solid skills in industrial electricity, mechanics, hydraulics, and automation.
Sensitivity or initial experience in the field of renewable energies (biomass, solar, geothermal, hydro) is a real asset.
Up-to-date electrical certifications (BR, B2V, BC...) desired.
Driver's license B mandatory: Regular travel is to be expected on a regional scale with a service vehicle.
Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, diagnostic ability, team spirit, and strong motivation to invest in the energy transition sector.
