Job offer : Stellantis Division Director (M/F)

As an executive, reporting directly to the General Management and a member of the Executive Committee / DIRCHY, you will take on the strategic and operational direction of all the Group's Stellantis sites, with a dual role as Manager of the Annemasse dealership, our largest Stellantis site.

Your operational scope covers a total of 6 sites and over 230 employees

• Annemasse (70 employees – direct management of the reference site)

• Annecy (55 employees)

• Cessy (40 employees)

• Anthy-sur-Léman (30 employees)

• Sallanches (20 employees)

• Valserhône (20 employees)

As part of an organizational creation/restructuring, you will lead the overall activity of your sites with a dual culture of commercial results and managerial excellence. You will lead multidisciplinary teams in a demanding environment where expertise in Stellantis manufacturer standards is the key to success. Your leadership will allow you to embody the group's values and structure social dialogue within your scope.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Define and execute commercial and financial strategies for all sites in the Stellantis division to achieve and exceed profitability targets.

• Ensure direct management and daily operational direction of the Annemasse site while supervising, leading, and supporting the skills development of the directors/managers of the other sites in the division (Annecy, Cessy, Anthy-sur-Léman, Sallanches, Valserhône).

• Actively participate in Executive Committee and DIRCHY meetings to contribute to the overall strategic directions of the Jean Lain Mobilités Group.

• Manage social relations within your scope, lead employee representative bodies (IRP), and ensure a serene and constructive social climate.

• Guarantee strict compliance with Stellantis manufacturer standards, certification processes, and performance indicators at the highest level of expertise.

• Supervise all administrative, financial, and operational management of the division while ensuring impeccable customer satisfaction.

• Develop cross-functional synergies between the division's sites and represent the Jean Lain Mobilités group within the local economic fabric.

Experience and Education

• Higher degree in management, business, or administration (Master's level) or equivalent path validated by expert experience.

• Confirmed managerial experience in a position of large-scale profit center management, major site management, or regional/divisional management, imperatively in the automotive distribution sector.

Technical Skills

• Absolute mastery and in-depth expertise of the Stellantis manufacturer's ecosystem, tools, networks, and requirements.

• Solid high-level financial culture (P&L, budgets, multi-site automotive profitability levers VN/VO/APV).

• Proven mastery of managing Employee Representative Bodies (IRP) and labor legislation.

Behavioral Skills

• Strong business orientation, results culture, and strategic agility to sit at the COMEX / DIRCHY level.

• Natural leadership, charisma, and excellent communication skills to unite multi-site teams and support change.

• Keen sense of customer service, hospitality, and overall quality.

Travel to be expected

• Yes, frequent across all sites of the Stellantis division (Annemasse, Annecy, Cessy, Anthy-sur-Léman, Sallanches, Valserhône).

• Proposed conditions:

  • Total remuneration:

    • Monthly fixed salary: €11,000 gross (i.e., €132,000 gross / year)

    • Target variable remuneration: €30,000 gross / year (depending on objectives)
