YOUR MISSION: you are the guarantor of the overall performance and brand image of the store.

Team Leader: You lead, recruit, and unite your employees to ensure an exemplary social climate and excellent customer service.

Commercial Strategist: You manage the offer, promotional dynamics, and digital communication to stay ahead of the competition.

Ambassador of Customer Satisfaction: You place the customer experience at the heart of your strategy by leading the customer relationship approach and ensuring impeccable service in all sectors.

Rigorous Manager: From budget preparation to inventory control, you master your indicators to reach (and exceed) your objectives.

Compliance Guarantor: You ensure strict compliance with regulations (labor, hygiene, safety) and group policy.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in profit center management.

• Ability to decide, delegate, and act in the field.

• Mastery of management levers and labor legislation.

Experience: minimum 5 years of experience desired in a similar role.

Variable: 13th month + health insurance + profit sharing..
