Upsilone is the value-added distribution entity of the GOA Group's digital division. It brings together Bluemega, PG Software, and CBS Solutions to support 4,200 clients and 500 resellers. Upsilone distributes benchmark software: ManageEngine, PaperCut, Zeendoc, KPAX. Upsilone combines direct sales and a partner network within an agile and innovative culture. The digital division includes the Upsilone entity, the publisher KPAX, and the managed services company Five9s.

Job descriptionReporting to the Digital Division Director and a member of the Executive Committee, the CEIT Director defines the technical & services strategy and drives operational excellence to transform expertise into growth and customer satisfaction.

• Management: Lead 20 experts (pre-sales, integration, support) with 3 team managers.

• Roadmap: Deploy the 5-year strategic vision of the CEIT aligned with the group's commercial ambitions.

• Industrialization: Structure management methods and tools (pre-sales, implementation, support) to increase service quality.

• Innovation & Offers: Create new services (managed services, MSP) by leveraging Cloud, DevOps, automation, and AI.

• Technical Synergies: Create functional bridges between the various solutions in the catalog (ITSM, EDM, Security).

• Partner Relations: Interact with international publishers and serve as a point of contact for escalations and key accounts.

• Commercial Support: Support sales teams to add credibility to offers, secure complex sales, and maximize licenses.

Profile sought

• Experience: 10-12 years min. in IT B2B with management of technical teams (15-30 people) at a publisher, integrator, IT services company, MSP, or VAD.

• IT Expertise: Solid global IT culture (SaaS, On-premise, ITSM, EDM, Cyber) and mastery of service industrialization.

• Leadership: Benevolent and unifying posture, capable of providing structure while preserving team agility.

• Business Sense: Customer and result-oriented, knowing how to link service & technical strategy, pragmatism, and commercial value creation.

• English: Fluent professional English essential (oral/written) for exchanges with international publishers and clients.
