Job offer : Designer - Graphic Artist (M/F)
The role
Beyond traditional graphic production, the position involves the active integration of artificial intelligence tools into creative processes, the formalization of best practices, packaging/product creation, and event preparation.
1. Visual identity and communication
Design and create the graphic charter and all communication materials.
Collaborate with teams and Management to ensure brand visual consistency.
Modernize existing graphic charters according to needs (e.g., collection redesign).
2. Integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
Integrate the creative use of generative AI tools into production processes.
Develop AI reflexes to optimize deadlines and productivity.
Formalize best practices, usage guides, and standard prompts to ensure consistency and compliance.
Ensure technological and creative monitoring of AI tool developments.
3. Product & Packaging visual production
Design product images and packaging according to client/private label specifications.
Receive, verify, and validate notices, legal mentions, samples, and packaging.
Perform product photography (photo studio / white background / white cube) and product staging.
Prepare merchandising visuals, sample assemblies, and displays.
Retrieve boxes or materials from suppliers if necessary.
4. Monitoring & Events
Participate in the preparation of trade shows.
Conduct field and digital monitoring (competitor analysis and inspiration research) to anticipate trends a year in advance.
Provide constructive feedback and be proactive.

The profile we're looking for
With a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in graphic design, applied arts, visual communication, or equivalent, you have initial experience (1 to 5 years) in a similar position, ideally with initial practice of generative AI tools.
Beginners accepted.
Mastery of the graphic chain, packaging techniques, and notice/mention control are assets.
You must imperatively master the Adobe suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Plus point: Skills in product photography (packshot white background and staging).
