For this position, the selected person will join the team responsible for managing and supporting the French market, collaborating closely with different areas of the company.

Job description

What will be your mission?

You will be the point of contact for clients in the French market, offering advice and support throughout the purchasing and after-sales process, ensuring an excellent experience and resolving queries and incidents.

Among your main responsibilities

• Assistance and advice to French clients by phone and email.
• Management and tracking of orders, returns, and credits.
• Management of incidents, complaints, and after-sales service.
• Monitoring of deliveries, transport, and material collection.
• Creation and updating of client data in internal systems.
• Preparation of quotes and proformas.
• Management of contracts and loyalty programs.
• Coordination with other departments such as logistics, accounting, marketing, and procurement.
• Support for loyalty and customer recovery campaigns.
• Occasional support in translations and content review aimed at the French market.
• Participation in international events related to the French market.

What are we looking for?

✔️ Native French – essential requirement.

✔️ Intermediate-advanced Spanish for internal communication.

✔️ Previous experience in customer service.

✔️ Ability to manage different tasks simultaneously.

✔️ Organized, dynamic profile oriented towards customers and results.

✔️ Proactivity, positive attitude, and ability to learn.

✔️ Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar ERP systems will be valued.

✔️ Knowledge of the administrative organization of the French market will be valued.

Previous experience in the dental sector is not necessary: the company offers specific internal training on the product and the sector.
