Job offer : Recruitment Project Coordinator (M/F)

Actual group is looking for two new employees for its new National Solution project.

As a Recruitment Project Coordinator, your main missions will be as follows

Sales

• Establish strong commercial relationships with the client contact.
• Ensure client satisfaction, measure the quality of services, and implement corrective and preventive actions when necessary.
• Guarantee synergies with our internal stakeholders (territorial teams / Key accounts)

Coordination

• Be the primary contact at the national level for the clients you are responsible for.
• Be the interface between the client(s) and the various departments of the company.
• Take client orders and understand their skills needs through on-site job studies in support of the National Solutions Director.
• Organize and coordinate the recruitment actions that will be carried out by all ACTUAL Group actors on behalf of the clients.
• Work in close collaboration with all actors to meet deadlines and ensure orders are filled.
• Ensure administrative follow-up of files and/or those of the department.
• Report on your activity and results (activity KPIs).
• Prepare client Business Reviews (BR). Analyze and be proactive in optimizing operational processes.

Recruitment

Depending on the evolution of the structure in line with our clients' needs, you may be required to carry out recruitment/sourcing actions.

Communication

• Create and draft procedures and/or operating modes in connection with each client project and communicate them to the network agencies and all other Group structures in the most educational way possible.
• Be the guarantor of compliance with the operating modes validated by the client and the means to be implemented within the framework of the services.
• Be in regular contact with internal actors in order to work together with them.

You have successful experience in a recruitment role, in the human resources sector. You have proven commercial aptitude, an ability to listen, convince and create relationships of trust that makes you an ally of choice for our clients and the network agencies (internal clients). Rigor and organization will be your allies on a daily basis. Proactivity and creativity will be assets to allow the development of this structure.
