Job offer : IT Activity and Fleet Coordinator (M/F)

Our IT specialized team is recruiting for its client a Backlog and Fleet Management Coordinator (M/F) for a 6-month renewable assignment in Pont-Saint-Martin (44).

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions will be as follows:

• Flow regulation and backlog processing: Monitor the IT request queue, arbitrate priorities according to service level agreements (SLA), unblock complex files with technical stakeholders, and analyze resolution metrics.

• Equipment administration and traceability: Manage hardware inventory (workstations, mobiles, peripherals), record asset rotation (entries/exits/scrapping), and manage the procurement and deployment of IT tools.

• Operational liaison and quality monitoring: Serve as a point of contact for field teams, participate in fleet renewal projects, and contribute to the continuous optimization of operating procedures.

Profile sought:

Experience and Training

• Initial experience or training in the field of IT support, fleet management, or IT activity steering.
• Proven practice in ticket management and IT hardware stock monitoring.

Technical skills

• Mastery of inventory/CMMS/ITSM tools (CMDB, ticket management).
• Good knowledge of office IT components and peripherals.
• Practice of monitoring indicators (SLA, processing times, volume).

Soft Skills

• Sense of organization, rigor, and method in database maintenance.
• Interpersonal skills and excellent communication with users and partners.
• Analytical mind and responsiveness to unforeseen events.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm

Remuneration: €2050 per month
