Job offer : 3D Metrology Inspector (M/F)

The Actual Experts Technologies Industrielles agency in Guyancourt is looking for a 3D Metrology Inspector (M/F) for one of its clients. You will be in charge of:

• Performing a visual inspection of the general condition of the part
• Carrying out a dimensional inspection of the part using measuring instruments (small tools, profile projector, measuring columns, surface plate inspection, )
• Depending on the work plan, performing a 3D inspection of the part on an automatic machine: calibrating the machine, launching the program associated with the part, and creating new programs when inspecting new parts.
• Establishing reports (dimensional measurements) for specific inspections: drafting inspection sheets and sending them to the tooling methods department or the technical offices
• Interpreting the results (determining conformity or non-conformity) and proposing solutions if necessary, particularly for new parts or in relation to new requests
• Drafting non-conformity reports; establishing inspection reports (dimensional measurements) according to the parts.
• Carrying out a dimensional inspection of the tools and parts received from subcontractors against the technical drawing.
• Calibration of measuring instruments and tools
• Performing level 1 maintenance
