Job offer : Management Controller (M/F)
The role
In the context of an increase in activity linked to a global transformation project, you will support the deployment of Artificial Intelligence and the redesign of financial processes. Within the association, you will ensure comprehensive management control and provide general management with reliable analyses and strategic steering indicators. The objective of this position is to automate low-value-added tasks in order to focus on analysis, consulting, and the search for savings.
Your main missions
Budgetary management & Payroll
Develop, consolidate, and monitor annual budgets, carry out landings, and analyze variances.
Ensure rigorous monitoring of products (subsidies and other funding) as well as expenses.
Analyze FTEs and determine the payroll landing (globally and by position).
Reporting, AI & Continuous improvement
Design, evolve, and automate dynamic reports, particularly under Power BI.
Update monthly indicators for management and respond to ad-hoc analysis requests.
Identify time-consuming tasks to process them via Artificial Intelligence. Ensure the reliability and documentation of new data production processes.
Funder relations & Cost optimization
Ensure the administrative monitoring of grant applications, produce financial reports and administrative accounts for funders.
Contribute to the annual National Cost Study.
Identify, analyze, and propose savings opportunities to general management, then monitor their implementation.
The profile we're looking for
With a higher education degree in management, finance, or management control (DCG / DSCG or BTS with very significant experience), you have 8 to 15 years of confirmed experience in a similar function. Knowledge of the non-profit, medico-social sector, and grant funding is a major asset.
You have advanced mastery of Excel (central tool of the position) and good practice of Power BI. You demonstrate a strong appetite for Artificial Intelligence and automation tools.
Autonomous, rigorous, and endowed with an excellent spirit of synthesis, you are proactive. You communicate with ease with general management, your teams, and external partners.

Benefits & Conditions
Contract type: Temporary assignment of 1 month renewable (visibility of 4 to 6 months). Executive status.
Availability: Position to be filled immediately.
Location: Livry-Gargan (93).
Working time organization: Full time (35h/week). Hours from Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM.
Remuneration: €3,200 to €3,500 gross monthly base salary.
Additional benefits: Monthly 13th month, Vacation bonus (€1,000 for a worked year), Restaurant vouchers with a face value of €10 (employee share of €4).
