Job offer : Construction Management Controller (M/F)

Reporting to the Financial Department / General Management, your main missions will be to

• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts
• Implement and monitor dashboards and performance indicators
• Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals and propose corrective actions
• Ensure financial monitoring of construction sites and projects
• Support site managers and operational managers in steering their activity
• Participate in monthly closings and result analysis
• Produce regular reports for Management
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of management control tools and procedures
• Be a source of proposals to optimize the company's profitability and performance

The profile sought

With a higher education degree in finance, management control, accounting, or business school, you ideally have initial experience in management control, preferably in the construction or public works sector.

You are

• Comfortable with numbers and analysis
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
• Possessing a good spirit of synthesis
• Comfortable in exchanges with operational teams
• Curious and proactive
• Comfortable with Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of construction site monitoring, cost, and margin issues would be a real asset.
