Job offer : Technical and Pre-sales Consultant UEMS (M/F)

We are looking for a versatile Technical Consultant (M/F) to strengthen the teams on unified endpoint management solutions. You will intervene both in pre-sales (demonstration, POC, consulting) and in implementation (deployment and customer support) on ManageEngine Endpoint Central. Subsequently, another range of ManageEngine software will be entrusted to you under the same conditions (USM, IAM, SIEM, ITOM&FSO, Analytics).

Main responsibilities

• Take into account and process technical requests from customers and prospects, both in pre-sales and after-sales, on the product range;
• Provide in-depth technical expertise on ManageEngine solutions, particularly on complex aspects and advanced use cases;
• Find and propose technical solutions adapted to the expressed needs;
• Carry out presentations and demonstrations of the software to prospects and customers;
• Follow customers during software evaluations;
• Collaborate closely with sales teams in pre-sales (responses to tenders, specifications, PoC, custom solution architecture);
• Manage the implementation of projects (parameterization, advanced configuration, integrations, training of customers and resellers) in person or remotely;
• Ensure project monitoring and the success of implementation phases;
• Manage customer support tickets, intervene on complex incidents and escalations (level 3);
• Carry out active technological monitoring on the ManageEngine range and contribute to internal skills development (knowledge sharing, best practices, training);
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal knowledge base and the capitalization of feedback;
• Act as a technical reference internally, towards customers and the publisher ManageEngine;

Experience & Technical Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in workstation/server management and ideally UEM/Endpoint Management software solutions;
• Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central or equivalent such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Ivanti, etc. will be strongly considered;
• Good knowledge of Information System architecture and networking;
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID or more generally Enterprise Directory;
• Multi-platform experience:
• Windows (very good level)
• macOS, Linux
• Mobile OS (iOS and Android)
• Skills in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) will be a plus.
• Good knowledge of endpoint security and patch management.

• Excellent communication and pedagogical skills (presentations and meetings with clients, training, support to sales staff).
• Strong collaborative spirit with internal and external teams.
• Sense of service and autonomy in the context of their missions.
• Ability to quickly ramp up skills on new tools.
