Actual Talent, Talent Acquisition Partner of the Actual group, is supporting Sigma in the recruitment of an HRIS Expert Consultant
- Time & Attendance (M/F).
A player in digital services, Sigma operates across a wide range of IT professions: publishing and integration of business software, custom solutions, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
Within its HRIS division, Sigma assists its clients in the deployment and evolution of Time and Attendance (T&A) solutions.
In the context of the development of this activity, the company now wishes to strengthen its team with an experienced profile, capable of taking charge of the most complex T&A projects while becoming a true internal reference.

Your missions
Your role will primarily be to lead and carry out high-value-added T&A integration projects.
In this capacity, you will be required to
Facilitate analysis and scoping workshops with clients;
Understand management rules and translate business needs into the solution;
Design and implement specific and complex configurations;
Support the various phases of the project, from design to acceptance and deployment;
Participate in user training and support;
Ensure the monitoring of deployed solutions: maintenance, anomaly processing, and updates;
Be the T&A reference for other consultants and contribute to the dissemination of best practices;
Occasionally support the skill development of more junior profiles;
Participate, when necessary, in certain pre-sales phases.
The position is therefore not a project management role solely focused on coordination: you remain directly involved in the implementation and configuration of the solution.
Profile sought
You have solid experience in the field of T&A / time management, and master its main functional issues: working time rules, cycles, annualization, adjustments, bonuses, or collective agreement rules.
Ideally, you have significant experience with TEAMS RH, or a T&A solution with a comparable level of richness and configuration.
Beyond functional knowledge of T&A, you have already led complex end-to-end integration projects, with concrete involvement in the configuration of the solution.
Experience of approximately 7 to 10 years is preferred, although the actual level of expertise and the complexity of the projects completed remain more important than the exact number of years of experience.
Your background has allowed you to develop
Strong functional expertise in T&A;
Good mastery of HRIS/T&A solution configuration;
A genuine project and client culture;
Autonomy in conducting workshops and implementation;
An ability to explain, transmit, and support;
A consultant posture: listening, pedagogy, rigor, and a sense of service.
Additional information
Location: Nantes preferred, with the possibility of also joining the teams in Paris or Lyon.
Remuneration: target located around 45 to 55 K€ fixed, depending on experience and level of expertise, supplemented by a variable portion. Some flexibility can be studied for a particularly relevant profile.
