Your missions

Commercial development

• Identify and prospect actors in the sectors to develop your client portfolio.
• Understand the specific needs of your clients and propose adapted recruitment solutions (CDI, CDD, temporary work).
• Build client loyalty by establishing a relationship of trust and partnership.

Recruitment and sourcing

• Identify the best talents via jobboards, professional social networks (LinkedIn, etc.), and direct approach.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate the technical and human skills of candidates.
• Present qualified candidates and accompany them throughout the recruitment process.

Mission management

• Ensure rigorous follow-up of missions, ensuring the satisfaction of clients and candidates.
• Coordinate all stages, from identifying needs to integrating talents.

The profile we are looking for

• You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a firm and/or temporary employment agency with a specialization in IT.
• You are rigorous, proactive, and motivated by teamwork.
• You appreciate the dynamic pace and variety of tasks. You are comfortable with digital tools, job boards, and professional networks.
• You have a sense of customer satisfaction.
