The role
Actual Experts Technologies industrielles is a division of the Actual Group, specializing in recruitment and temporary staffing for profiles working in the industrial sector.
Our expertise covers various fields such as aeronautics, automotive, chemistry, naval, general mechanics, automation, electronics, industrial computing, research and development, as well as industrial maintenance.
We are currently recruiting a recruitment consultant (M/F) for one of our agencies in Evry.
Your role will consist of
- Prospecting, developing, and retaining a client portfolio by identifying the recruitment needs of industrial companies.
- Managing the entire recruitment process: sourcing, evaluation, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
- Providing advisory services to your clients and candidates to ensure optimal support.
- Contributing to the agency's performance by achieving your commercial objectives and participating in development strategies.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
- Do you have a strong commercial temperament? Do you have initial experience in a similar position or do you come from the industrial sector? Then this position is for you!
- You enjoy challenges, human contact, have strong negotiation skills, and like to take initiative.
- Dynamic and autonomous, you know how to manage several missions in parallel with rigor and organization.
- Knowledge of the industrial sector would be a real plus.
