The role
The Actual Group is looking for a Sales and Recruitment Consultant to join its ACTUAL temporary employment agency, located in Lamballe (22).
In this position, you play a key role in the commercial development of the agency. In close collaboration with the team and our clients, you actively contribute to the growth and profitability of the agency by developing and retaining a portfolio of clients and temporary workers.
Your missions will be as follows
1. Prospecting and commercial development
- Identify and prospect new clients in your geographical area, in collaboration with the agency team.
- Implement commercial actions to retain and develop the client portfolio, in order to achieve the set turnover and margin objectives.
- Analyze client needs and propose adapted solutions, ensuring personalized follow-up.
- Act as an advisor to your clients and candidates to ensure optimal support.
2. Recruitment and retention of candidates/temporary workers
- Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet client requests: sourcing, creation of a candidate pool, telephone interviews, selection, and mission follow-up.
- Ensure the retention of temporary workers by maintaining personalized and regular support.
3. Economic monitoring and margin optimization
- Guarantee the profitability of your sector by adjusting commercial actions and optimizing margins, in accordance with the agency's strategy.
- Contribute to the agency's performance by achieving your commercial objectives and participating in development strategies.

Profile sought
With a commercial background, you have at least 2 years of experience in commercial development, ideally acquired in a temporary work agency or in a service-oriented sector. You are motivated by challenges, have a taste for results, and like to go out and conquer new opportunities.
