The role
Actual experts, specializing in the recruitment and temporary staffing of technical and rare profiles in the industrial sector, is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant (M/F) for its Grenoble branch.
Our expertise covers various fields such as aeronautics, automotive, chemistry, naval, general mechanics, automation, electronics, industrial computing, research and development, as well as industrial maintenance.
As a 360 Consultant at Actual, you will be at the heart of our branch's development.
Your role will consist of
- Prospecting, developing, and retaining a client portfolio by identifying the recruitment needs of industrial companies.
- Managing the entire recruitment process: sourcing, evaluation, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
- Providing advisory services to your clients and candidates to ensure optimal support.
- Contributing to the branch's performance by achieving your commercial objectives and participating in development strategies.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
- Do you have a strong commercial temperament? Do you have initial experience in a similar position or do you come from the retail sector? Then this position is for you!
- You enjoy challenges, human contact, have strong negotiation skills, and like taking initiative.
- Dynamic and autonomous, you know how to manage several missions in parallel with rigor and organization.
- Knowledge of the industrial sector would be a real plus.
