Our expertise covers various fields such as aeronautics, automotive, chemistry, naval, general mechanics, automation, electronics, industrial computing, research and development, as well as industrial maintenance.
We are currently recruiting a commercial and recruitment consultant for our Cergy team.
As a 360 Consultant at Actual, you will be at the heart of our agency's development.
Your role will consist of
- Prospecting, developing, and retaining a client portfolio by identifying the recruitment needs of industrial companies.
- Managing the entire recruitment process: sourcing, evaluation, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
- Acting as an advisor to your clients and candidates to ensure optimal support.
- Contributing to the agency's performance by achieving your commercial objectives and participating in development strategies.
