Your mission: A commercial and evolutionary challenge
You start as an HR Solutions Sales Representative in our LEADER agency in Paris 12 with rapid evolution towards a position of Agency Manager for an agency creation in the 92 department.
Your key responsibilities
Commercial development & loyalty
- Prospect and develop a client portfolio by ensuring personalized follow-up.
- Build strong relationships with companies to anticipate their HR needs
Advice & negotiation
- Identify client issues and propose adapted solutions.
- Ensure tailor-made support to strengthen satisfaction and loyalty.
Recruitment & talent management
- Source and select the best profiles to meet assignments.
- Follow and retain temporary workers by ensuring their skills development.
Agency management & steering (eventually)
- Manage contracts, administrative follow-up, and activity reporting.
- Support the growth of the agency and its team.

The profile we're looking for
Your Profile: Ambitious sales professional with a real HR flair
- We are looking for a dynamic professional, endowed with a strong commercial temperament and a keen sense of customer service.
- Commercial experience of at least 2 years, ideally in temporary work or B2B service sales.
- Taste for challenge, ability to convince and negotiate with impact.
- Leadership sense and assertive ambition to evolve towards an Agency Manager position.
- Team spirit and sense of service, to build a relationship of trust with clients and candidates.
