Job offer : Sales Advisor (M/F)

• Contract type: CDI / CDD (Full-time)
• Location: Paris (Several boutiques within the city)
• Availability: Immediate (Weekend work on a rotating basis)
• Remuneration: Fixed salary based on profile + benefits (health insurance, transport coverage, employee discounts)

Your daily life

As an ambassador of the House, you ensure excellent hospitality and actively participate in the life of the boutique:

• Personalized advice: Welcome our local and international clientele, guide them with enthusiasm in their choices, and present the history and composition of our creations.
  
  
• Operational dynamism: Ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during peak periods.
  
  
• Product promotion: Arrange displays and ensure the perfect appearance of the sales area throughout the day.
  
  
• Routine management: Participate in cash handling, order taking, and strict compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP).
  

The profile sought

You do not need ten years of experience in fine pastry; beyond your background, it is your posture and commitment that will make the difference:

You have initial successful experience in sales (ideally in the food, hospitality, or premium retail sectors).

• You are recognized for your excellent interpersonal skills, sense of service, and neat presentation.
• Dynamic and responsive, you know how to manage customer flow with calm and efficiency.
• You enjoy teamwork and mutual support on a daily basis.
• Proficiency in conversational English is an asset for interacting with our international clientele.
