Customer and back office advisor (M/F)

The role

Join our client's team based in La Défense as a Back Office Customer Advisor (M/F) in the dynamic tourism and cruise sector.

As part of this 6-month contract, you will be the primary contact for B2C and B2B clients.

Your main missions

You will ensure the administrative and logistical management of cruise files, from processing emails and incoming calls to managing modifications (flights, hotels, cabins, specific needs). You will ensure passenger files are complete, manage invoicing, upgrades, follow up on cancellations, and chase unpaid invoices. You will also have an active commercial role with travel agencies and direct clients to finalize sales and propose suitable products.

You possess significant experience in a similar position. We are looking for an organized, rigorous, and responsive person with excellent writing skills (perfect command of spelling and grammar). Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and a good sense of teamwork. Finally, fluency in English (read, written, spoken) is required to ensure communication with our head office.

To excel as a Back Office Customer Advisor (M/F), we are looking for a person with a great sense of organization and high rigor in processing files. Previous experience in administrative management or customer relations will be a decisive asset for your success.

The ideal candidate must perfectly master office tools and possess excellent writing skills. We appreciate responsive profiles, capable of processing requests with precision and autonomy while ensuring customer satisfaction.

A Bac+2 level education in management or commerce is generally desired, accompanied by a developed analytical mind. If you demonstrate real ease with internal software and great reliability in your daily tasks, this position is for you.
