The Parts and Accessories Sales Advisor (M/F) is an essential player in automotive after-sales activity. They ensure the marketing of spare parts, accessories, and automotive products to both professionals and individuals.
A true expert in consulting, they support customers in their choices while ensuring stock management and monitoring.
🚀 Your daily missions
Commercial and technical activities:✅ Welcome and advise customers in-store or remotely (phone, email).
✅ Identify and search for part and accessory references.
✅ Create quotes, invoices, and process payments.
✅ Advise on the choice, use, and installation of products.
✅ Develop additional sales and promote company offers.
Stock management and logistics:✅ Receive, check, and store goods.
✅ Prepare orders for customers and workshops.
✅ Ensure order tracking.
✅ Participate in inventories.
✅ Ensure the store is well-maintained and quality procedures are applied.

📋 Access conditions
You hold a Bac-level diploma, a CAP Vendeur-Magasinier, or a BEP-level certification in the fields of sales, automotive, or logistics, and you wish to prepare for the Parts and Accessories Sales Advisor (CVPRA) training on a work-study basis, for a duration of 11 to 24 months.Training accessible to
- Students eligible for an apprenticeship or professionalization contract.
