METAL STRUCTURES WORKS MANAGER (M/F)

The ACTUAL recruitment firm is looking for a Metal Structures Works Manager (M/F) on behalf of its client.

Within a company specializing in metal construction and reporting to management, you are responsible for the preparation, organization, and monitoring of construction sites, in compliance with deadlines, budgets, as well as quality and safety requirements.

In this capacity, your main missions will be as follows

Prepare construction sites by analyzing technical files, execution plans, and specifications.

Organize and plan the different phases of the work.

Coordinate assembly teams, subcontractors, and the various stakeholders on the construction sites.

Ensure the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of the construction sites.

Supervise the assembly and installation operations of metal structures.

Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality requirements, and safety rules.

Manage supplies, material orders, and equipment needs.

Participate in site meetings and provide reporting to management.

Identify any technical difficulties and implement the necessary corrective actions.

You have experience in construction management, ideally in the field of metal framing or metal structures.

You possess good technical knowledge in metal construction, reading plans, and site organization.

Autonomous, rigorous, and possessing good interpersonal skills, you know how to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
