Job offer : Construction Site Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will independently manage the technical, financial, and human aspects of your Structural Works, heavy restructuring, and TCE renovation projects, from start to completion.

On a daily basis, your activities revolve around 5 main pillars

• Steering & planning: Schedule and plan all phases of the construction site, from preparation to handover with the client.
• Resource management: Size the human, material, and financial resources, then validate the cost of sales and services.
• Management & technical: Provide technical support to site foremen, supervise field teams, and present the project file to them.
• Logistics & quality monitoring: Supervise storage areas, manage stock status, and ensure compliance with quality procedures on site.
• Financial monitoring: Establish the necessary elements for invoicing and ensure the profitability of your operations.

• Education: Master 2 / Engineer (Engineering School, business studies).
• Experience: Successful experience in a similar construction management position, ideally acquired in Structural Works, Restructuring, or TCE Renovation of at least 10 years.
• Very good command of IT tools

Proposed conditions

• Remuneration: Fixed (45K€ - 50K€ depending on profile) + Value sharing bonus + Annual bonus.
