Job offer : Construction Site Manager (M/F)

You will ensure the monitoring of mixed construction sites (TCE, Furniture). Depending on the type of project, you will be required to work in collaboration with a salesperson, an architect, or a project manager from the TCE/Furniture department.

Your missions

• Prepare the site – Participate in meetings and have a financial reading of the project,
• Carry out a precise site survey, trace the site survey on Autocad by giving pre-constraints to the architects,
• Triggering and participation in the handover meeting between departments (Creative, Sales, TCE and Furniture),
• Carry out consultations and negotiation of companies to maintain the disbursed budget,
• Monitor the site – Ensure the smooth running of the TCE site until the lifting of reservations,
• Ensure weekly site meetings on site with the production of a report and a schedule,
• Ensure the continuous update of all information and administrative documents falling within your scope of responsibility.

With training as a Fitting-out Site Manager (BTS ERA for example), you have initial experience in a site manager position in the field of carpentry, fitting-out and TCE Retail/Stores.

You know how to evaluate technical constraints (materials, quantities) and economic constraints (estimated prices of materials, labor costs...), in structural work and finishing work and furniture. You master Autocad, Excel software and if possible Batigest.

You are passionate about the field and your organizational capacity allows you to coordinate several actors simultaneously. In addition, you have a real sense of detail, commitment and customer service.
