Billing Accountant (M/F)

The role

Reporting directly to Management, you will occupy a key and versatile position at the heart of our administrative and financial management. Your missions will be divided into two main parts:

1. Billing section in collaboration with a Billing Manager (M/F): Ensure the entire customer billing cycle (preparation, issuance, sending of invoices and credit notes) in compliance with contractual conditions. Manage customer outstanding amounts, monitor payments, and carry out reminders (amicable and pre-litigation) with diplomacy and firmness. Process and record receipts in the management software. Be the primary contact for customers for any questions related to billing and resolve any disputes.

2. General Accounting & Bookkeeping section: Ensure complete bookkeeping (entry of purchase invoices, general expenses, bank). Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring. Perform matching and justification of accounts (third-party, general). Prepare elements for tax declarations (VAT etc.). Actively participate in monthly and annual closing work in collaboration with the Chartered Accountant.

The profile we're looking for

Education: Higher education in accounting (e.g., BTS CG, DUT GEA, DCG). Experience: You have successful initial experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar position, ideally in an SME or an accounting firm.

Technical skills: Mastery of general accounting and the billing chain is essential. You are comfortable with IT tools (advanced Excel) and management software (ERP/Accounting).

Soft skills: You are recognized for your rigor, organization, and autonomy. Your versatility and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously are essential assets. With excellent interpersonal skills, you appreciate teamwork and fluid communication.
