Job offer : Agricultural Machinery Sales Representative - Center (M/F)

Reporting to the Sales Management, you will ensure the development of turnover in your sector.

Your sector: 76, 27, 28, 45, 89, 41, 36, 18, 58, 03

Your main missions revolve around

• Prospecting (40% of activity): Identify and conquer new opportunities with local authorities (Departmental Councils, municipalities, DIR) and private companies (agricultural and public works).

• Loyalty building (60% of activity): Monitor and develop a portfolio of existing clients.

• Technical demonstration: Organize and carry out machine trials on site, a crucial step in the sales process.

• Business management: Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure reporting via the CRM.

• Events: Represent the company at professional trade fairs and exhibitions.

Experience: a first successful experience as a B2B Field Sales Representative.

• Ideally: candidate from the agricultural world or Public Works (sale of excavators) or who has already sold to public authorities
• Soft Skills: pronounced "desire to do"

Conditions and Benefits:

Fixed remuneration: Approximately 50,000€ gross annual, adjustable according to profile

Variable remuneration: Commission on turnover (rate according to ranges).

Work tools: Company vehicle, fuel/toll card, phone, PC, and company card.

Interview process
