As a Branch Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our professional clientele and will play a key role in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your missions will be:

• Customer relations

• Welcome our customers with friendliness and professionalism, while offering personalized advice
• Participate in making the branch attractive by implementing dynamic merchandising
• Customer satisfaction
• Propose solutions and services that create added value to meet our customers' needs
• Promote our digital offers and our e-commerce site to strengthen the digitalization of our customer service
• Compliance with rules and procedures
• Support and actively participate in sales promotions.
• Manage potential customer disputes and after-sales service (SAV) with rigor and responsiveness
