Job offer : Team Leader (M/F)
The role
As part of our activities, we are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader (M/F) to work on commissioning and maintenance operations for equipment used during IPER (Periodic Unavailability for Maintenance and Repair) of submarines.
Here is the mission:In your role, you will be responsible for the commissioning and maintenance missions of the equipment used during submarine IPERs.
To succeed in this position, you will need to
- Carry out and/or supervise electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic work according to operating procedures, while respecting safety, quality, and deadline requirements;
- Participate in the commissioning of the complete installation of machines contributing to specific submarine maintenance work;
- Participate in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagnostics of equipment;
- Perform troubleshooting on electromechanical installations: fault diagnosis, repairs, checking the proper functioning of installations, updating technical documents, and applying safety rules;
- Participate, with the support of the process manager, in managing the control-command system;
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations to ensure equipment availability;
- Supervise and coordinate the interventions of external companies supporting your activities.
The profile we're looking for
What we are looking for in you
- Education from Bac Pro to Bac +2 in electricity, electrotechnics, industrial maintenance, or equivalent;
- Proven experience in an equivalent position in maintenance or commissioning of industrial equipment;
- Good skills in electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics;
- Ability to perform diagnostics and troubleshooting operations on electromechanical equipment;
- Rigor, autonomy, and a sense of responsibility;
- Proficiency in office software.
The following authorizations will be required for the position: Secret, electrical work, work at height, intervention under ionizing radiation, confined space, and SCBA.
What we offer
- A fixed-term contract (CDD) that could lead to a permanent contract (CDI);
- Remuneration starting from 34 K€ gross annual, depending on your experience;
- Contract based on a flat-rate working time agreement of 41.5 hours per week;
- Occasional shift work in 2x8 depending on the project phases;
- Occasional travel to be expected to the sites of Île Longue, Biscarrosse, Lorient, Cherbourg, and Toulon;
- A position based within a shipyard environment.
