• Quality and freshness: Ensure impeccable quality of the products offered, while respecting food hygiene and safety standards.
• Commercial management: Manage your operating account to optimize the department's financial performance.
• Commercial animation: Implement commercial actions to boost sales and build customer loyalty.
• Team management: Supervise, motivate and help a team of artisan bakers, pastry chefs and salespeople (around 60) to progress.
• Product innovation: Propose new products to attract gourmet customers and respond to market trends.

• Seasoned manager: You know how to manage performance indicators and optimize your results.
