Job offer : Industrial/Electronic Product Development Project Manager - Experienced (M/F)

You will manage the development of strategic industrial products according to a structured development process, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

You will work in a demanding environment related to security, protection, and operational performance challenges.

Your missions

• You will participate in client meetings to identify and formalize requirements.
• You will contribute to drafting responses to calls for tenders.
• You will translate client needs into relevant technical solutions.

Project management

• You will manage industrial projects according to the internal development process.
• You will monitor design: client needs, functional specifications, deliverables, acceptance criteria.
• You will ensure compliance with technical, financial, and scheduling commitments.
• You will support developments until client delivery and ensure post-delivery follow-up.
• You will compile definition and manufacturing files.
• You will ensure the profitability and viability of projects.

Reporting

• You will draft technical offers and estimate development costs.
• You will provide regular reporting to clients and management.

Project team management

• You will build, organize, and lead the project team.
• You will ensure scientific and technical coordination.
• You will develop the skills of team members.
• You will promote communication and cohesion.

Innovation

• You will be a driving force in the development of new industrial products.
• You will ensure continuous technological monitoring and regular training.

Education

You hold a degree from a general or specialized engineering school (mechanics, electronics, embedded systems, or equivalent), with knowledge of sensitive industrial environments.

Experience

You have at least 5 years of experience in managing industrial product development projects, ideally in sectors with high technical constraints (security, defense, detection, sensitive environment).

Expertise in electronics is appreciated.

Technical skills

• You master multi-disciplinary project management in an industrial environment.
• You use project management tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• You are familiar with quality tools (functional analysis, FMEA).
• You have a very good level of technical English, both spoken and written.
