Job offer : Mission Manager (M/F)

Your MissionsUnder the direct responsibility of a Partner, you become the point of contact for your own portfolio. You manage and supervise a dedicated accounting team (accountant and interns) on a daily basis.

• Supervision & Review: Organize accounting production, review work carried out by the team, configure files, and prepare tax returns.
• Technical Management & Consulting: Directly handle complex files or those with significant technical issues, and support your clients on value-added missions (business plans, cash flow forecasts, restructuring, and occasionally statutory auditing).
• International Client Relations: Be the preferred contact for your clients via email and phone and ensure the presentation and delivery of annual accounts.
• Management & Development: Participate in the training and recruitment of employees, ensure compliance with regulatory standards (LBC-FT), and contribute to the firm's strategic thinking.

The Profile Sought: With a higher education degree in accounting, you have at least 3 years of successful experience in an accounting firm. Your key assets:

• Fluent English (Minimum B2 level required): Essential in writing and orally to communicate daily with the firm's international clientele (subsidiaries of foreign groups, start-ups...).
• Technical Mastery: Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, corporate law, and payroll.
• Digital & Tools: Ease with digital environments and mastery of software such as Pennylane, Dext, ACD, Welyb, Silae, and the Office pack (Excel).
• Soft Skills: Rigor, autonomy, responsiveness, and a great sense of customer relations.
• You have initial successful experience in team management and demonstrate leadership. (Experience in Statutory Auditing would be a highly appreciated plus).
