The role

Our team of building experts is recruiting for its client, a specialist in electrical and climate engineering, a Building Electrical Site Manager (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) in Nantes.

Start date: as soon as possible

Your missions: 70% of the time in the field

Ensure safety
Participate in electrical equipment installations
Management of technicians ...

30% of the time in management

Supply management
Monitoring progress
Planning and scheduling activities
Types of sites: commercial and industrial

The profile we're looking for

With a background in electrotechnics/electricity, you have experience in supervising technicians and experience in commercial and industrial buildings.

Expected skills: Supervision of technicians, safety management.

Personal qualities: You enjoy field work as well as customer relations.

Location: Daily travel in the 44 department and occasionally in neighboring departments.

Remuneration: according to profile (33-40K€)
