Agricultural Vehicle Team Leader (M/F)

The role

We are looking for our client based in Metz, an Agricultural Cooperative, for an Agricultural Vehicle Team Leader M/F, on a permanent contract (CDI).

As part of the development of our after-sales activity, we are recruiting an Assistant Workshop Manager to strengthen our team specializing in agricultural machinery in Metz.

Alongside the Workshop Manager, you will participate in organizing interventions, monitoring the workshop's technical aspects, and supporting the team to ensure quality service for our clients.

Your missions:

Participate in planning and monitoring workshop activities
Assist technicians: parts, technical support, simple interventions
Ensure administrative monitoring of after-sales files and quotes
Ensure the proper functioning, safety, and maintenance of the workshop
Welcome and advise clients as well as partners

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Technical Bac +2 degree (maintenance, mechanics, agricultural equipment)
First experience in a workshop or after-sales service appreciated
Organization, rigor, and team spirit
Good command of computer tools
Knowledge of agricultural equipment and mechanics desired

Conditions

37.5 hours per week
€2,320 to €2,800 gross/month depending on profile
13 months
