Job offer : Heavy Goods Vehicle Team Leader (M/F)

Join a recognized company in the transport and industrial vehicle sector, specializing in maintenance and after-sales service.

You will join a dynamic and committed team and work on heavy goods vehicles in a modern workshop while also carrying out itinerant missions at client sites.

Your mission will be to control, maintain, test, or adjust all mechanics of HGV and LCV, namely:

• Perform preventive maintenance operations
• Carry out breakdown diagnostics
• Perform all types of repairs, including oil changes and braking systems
• Replacement of defective parts

You will also be responsible for managing a mechanic and ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop:

• Technical support and pedagogy
• Monitoring skills development
• Schedule management
• Administrative management
• Customer loyalty

Other information:

• Full-time CDI, Monday to Friday
• 2 additional half-days of rest per month
• Attractive remuneration between €2750 and €3270 gross/month (depending on experience)
• 2 annual bonuses (up to €870 gross each)

Profile sought:

• With a technical background, you have confirmed experience as a technician on heavy vehicles and wish to evolve into a technical and managerial role.
• You must hold a B driving license.
• You are organized, rigorous, and enjoy working in a team.
