The role

Missions

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead the field execution of electrical projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, specifications, and safety standards.

Your main responsibilities

Site Management & Integration: Coordinate the implementation of electrical networks (cable routing, power and control cable pulling, installation of cabinets, HV/LV panels, and transformers).

Team Management & Subcontracting: Lead your team of electrician fitters and supervise any subcontractors on site.

Safety & Project Prevention: Ensure the application of prevention plans, lead safety talks at the start of shifts, analyze risks related to co-activity, and apply the zero-accident policy.

Execution Monitoring & Testing: Participate in insulation checks, interlock tests, identification, and compliance checks before energizing and commissioning with the client.

Handling Contingencies & Reporting: Report field modifications for updating as-built drawings (DOE) and manage material supply on site.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Education: Bac to Bac+2 in Electrotechnics (BTS Electrotechnics, Bac Pro MELEC) or equivalent experience.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial electricity with a first successful experience in team supervision on site.

Certifications & Authorizations: Valid GIES 2 essential. Up-to-date electrical authorizations (type BR, B2V, BC, H2V). CACES aerial work platform a plus.

Key skills: Expertise in industrial electricity (HV/LV, cabinets, wiring), leadership, communication skills, rigor, and a strong safety culture.
