The role

Missions

Animate and deploy the QHSE approach by ensuring compliance with procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements. Ensure document compliance and updates. Conduct audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices. Monitor certifications. Provide training. Manage environmental and CSR activities. Monitor site equipment. Represent the company and actively participate in the work of professional unions. Enforce quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental rules among the teams.

The profile we're looking for

Profile

Bac+2 to Bac+5 in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment, food industry, or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in a QHSE role in the food industry sector. Mastery of requirements related to quality standards, food safety, and HSE rules. Knowledge of FSSC 22000 and IFS or BRC certification. Rigorous, organized profile who enjoys field work and has a real desire to evolve towards more responsibilities in the next two years.
