Job offer : Recruitment and Planning Officer (M/F)
The role
Actual Experts Grande Distribution is looking for a Recruitment and Planning Officer (M/F) to join its Lyon team.
Position to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI), as soon as possible.
Under the responsibility of the Planning Manager (M/F), the Recruitment and Planning Officer (M/F) ensures the operational coordination of temporary assignments, the associated administrative management, and the support of Account Managers in the proper execution of client orders.
As a true interface between agencies, temporary workers, and clients, you contribute to guaranteeing a reactive, reliable, and quality service.
Your main missions
- Ensure the administrative management of temporary assignments: contracts, timesheets, administrative monitoring, payroll processing;
- Coordinate the daily planning of assignments;
- Guarantee service quality for agencies and clients;
- Carry out regulatory declarations;
- Ensure the monitoring and updating of temporary workers' files;
- Verify the compliance of mandatory documents: authorizations, medical visits, PPE;
- Process complaints and common anomalies;
- Participate in the optimization of administrative processes.

- You are organized, rigorous, and reactive;

- You master office tools and are comfortable with administrative management;
- Previous experience in temporary work, personnel planning, or a recruitment officer position in a temporary employment agency is appreciated.
