Job offer : On-site Recruitment Consultant (M/F)
The role
Actual Group is looking for an On-site Recruitment Consultant (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) position based in Saint-Vulbas (01).
Based directly at our client's site, you will ensure the relationship with the latter as well as with the temporary workers, and take charge of the entire recruitment process. After theoretical training, you will join your hosted agency.
Your main missions
Analysis of client needs
- Take orders,
- Carry out job studies,
- Participate in the evaluation of positions in the company.
Implementation of the sourcing strategy
- Search for candidates internally via our dedicated tools,
- Identify profiles externally,
- Anticipate client needs by conducting targeted actions in partnership with local networks,
- Lead collective recruitment sessions.
Delegation and loyalty of temporary workers
- Recruit candidates, with the possibility of having them take tests,
- Welcome temporary workers on site and monitor their integration,
- Ensure their health and safety through awareness-raising actions on professional risks,
- Build adapted professional training paths,
- Monitor the smooth running of assignments.
Administrative management of temporary workers
- Manage administrative files (DPAE, medical visits) and ensure their update,
- Draw up employment contracts,
- Ensure the link with the management center (timesheets, advance requests).
Client loyalty
- Ensure personalized follow-up and measure satisfaction,
- Implement "proactive" placement actions,
- Play an advisory role and be a source of proposals.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
- You have 1 to 2 years of mandatory experience in a similar position, ideally within a hosted agency.
- You have significant experience in recruitment, with the ability to manage a complete process.
- You master interview, sourcing, and selection techniques.
