Immersed in the field, you will actively participate in all stages of recruitment, like a real member of the team.
Your challenges within the framework of the "Bachelor Consultant in recruitment for employment agencies"
Analyze company needs
Participation in taking orders, company visits and analysis of positions to be filled
Source and recruit talent
Search for candidates via our tools, facilitation of recruitment actions, interviews and selection of profiles, support candidates towards success,
Contribution to their integration, safety awareness, monitoring of missions and participation in the implementation of training
Manage administration
Preparation of files, drafting of contracts and management of administrative elements in connection with the management center, playing as a team with our clients.
Monitoring of satisfaction, loyalty and proposal of HR solutions adapted to their needs.
The profile we're looking for
Your profile to join the team
- Bac +2 (2-year degree) validated or in the process of being validated
- Interest in recruitment, HR or commercial professions
- Comfortable speaking, organized, reactive
- Desire to learn a field and action-oriented profession
