Job offer : Recruitment Project Manager 6-month fixed-term contract - Cholet (49) (M/F)
The role
Within our Actual Inside business, we are recruiting: A Recruitment Project Manager (M/F), for a 6-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave, for our Neutral RH branch, located in Cholet (49).
You are the interface between our logistics client and the temporary employment agencies referenced by the client.
You ensure the daily management of temporary work usage and are in charge of all processes related to temporary staffing:
- Conducting integration visits for new candidates,
- Creation of requirements and client orders in Pixid,
- Monitoring of contracts and end of assignments,
- Management of temporary staff absences,
- Checking temporary staff files in Pixid,
- Management of temporary staff availability in connection with partner agencies,
- Preparation of the S+1 schedule with the Operations Manager,
- Monitoring of schedule information with partner agencies,
- Monitoring of temporary staff productivity,
- Daily operational rounds,
- Monitoring of quality indicators.
The profile we're looking for
You have had the good idea to follow a 2-year higher education course in Human Resources.
You have 2 to 4 years of experience in an on-site agency or temporary employment agency as a Recruitment Officer.
You like managing teams in the field and you are not afraid to put on your safety shoes! Beyond experience, your sense of customer service and your interpersonal skills will be the keys to your success in this position.
Upon your arrival, an integration program will train you in the technical skills of the profession.
