The role
Actual Experts is actively looking for a Payroll Management Officer (M/F) on a permanent contract in Pierrelatte within our Nuclear Experts center.
As a Payroll Management Officer (M/F), you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process with dynamism and professionalism.
Your main missions will be as follows
- Enter data provided by clients;
- Knowledge of legislation
- Collection of variable payroll elements;
- Perform weekly follow-ups of timesheets with temporary workers and clients.
- Enter and follow up on timesheets for the preparation of employee payrolls.
- Ensure rigorous and reliable administrative monitoring throughout the recruitment process
- Control and management of disputes
- Collection and entry of payrolls and invoices

The profile we're looking for
We are looking for an assistant management officer (M/F) having
- Professional experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar position is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate must have knowledge of labor regulations, administrative declarations, and payroll processes.
