Automation Study and Costing Officer (M/F)

The role

Reporting to the Sales Director, your mission is to establish feasibility studies, costing, and quotes for projects (particularly for the tertiary sector) while respecting deadlines, regulations, and the company's commercial policy.

Analysis & Costing: Analyze specifications, study client needs, and develop technical and financial quotes while optimizing equipment and material costs.

Purchasing & Sourcing: Consult suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best price proposals, update price lists, and reference products.

Client Relations & Follow-up: Communicate with clients to refine needs, follow up on ongoing offers, and formalize commercial contracts upon receipt of orders.

Prospecting & Monitoring: Utilize prospecting files, keep your knowledge of product ranges up to date, and participate in the search for new partners.

Quality & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy of costings, alert in case of discrepancies or underestimation, and apply QHSE procedures.

The profile we're looking for

Training & Skills: With a Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in Electrical Engineering, Home Automation, Electrotechnics, or Construction Management, you possess solid knowledge of building technology.

Technical Know-how: You master tender procedures (public and private markets), basic commercial law, and costing tools.

Soft Skills: Endowed with an excellent sense of negotiation and good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, autonomous, and possess a strong analytical spirit.

Mobility: Occasional travel may be expected depending on the projects.
