Job offer : HVAC Works Manager (M/F)

You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle (mainly in the tertiary sector) covering refrigeration, air conditioning (direct expansion, chilled water units, air handling), heating, and plumbing:

Business Development & Relations

• Actively participate in the commercial approach driven by management with the existing client portfolio and new prospects.
• Respond to calls for tenders and prepare quotes for negotiated contracts.

Technical Management & Development

• Take charge of the engineering and technical development of HVAC projects.
• Supervise the proper execution of works on-site and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.

Team Management

• Lead and supervise the execution teams (schedule management, quality control of execution, support, and continuous training).

Financial Management & Safety

• Ensure the profitability and financial health of projects (budget monitoring, invoicing, work progress reports).
• Scrupulously enforce all health, safety, and environmental rules on the construction site.

• Availability: As soon as possible

Profile sought

Education: Bac+2 to Bac+5 degree in Climate Engineering / HVAC or equivalent field.

Experience: Confirmed experience in a similar position of HVAC business management.

Skills: Mastery of office tools and construction project management software.

Aptitudes: Rigor, autonomy, team spirit, strong sense of customer service, responsiveness, and adaptability.
