Job offer : HVAC Maintenance Project Manager (M/F)

Under the responsibility of the Agency Director / Manager, the HVAC Maintenance Project Manager ensures the overall management, commercial development, and financial and technical monitoring of a portfolio of Climate Engineering maintenance contracts.

As the guarantor of customer satisfaction, business profitability, and compliance with safety rules, you will lead intervention teams (technicians, team leaders) and ensure the compliant execution of services.

Your main missions if you accept them: 1) Commercial management and customer relations Development and loyalty: Manage, renew, and develop a portfolio of HVAC maintenance contracts.

• Costing and proposals: Analyze customer needs, perform measurements/surveys on-site, draft commercial offers (P1/P2/P3/P4 contracts, quotes for induced works or equipment replacement).
• Negotiation: Present and negotiate commercial proposals and amendments with clients.
• Customer interface: Lead follow-up meetings (contract reviews), present operating reports, and be the primary contact in case of complaints or arbitration needs.

2) Technical management and operations

• Planning: Ensure the proper scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance interventions with the scheduling/planning department.
• Technical monitoring: Ensure the quality of services provided, compliance with contractual commitments (GTI, GTR), and the proper functioning of HVAC installations.
• Expertise: Provide technical support to field teams during complex breakdowns or specific diagnostics.

3) Financial and administrative management

• Budget monitoring: Guarantee the profitability of the portfolio's business (margin monitoring, control of subcontracting and supply costs).
• Invoicing and collection: Validate invoicing elements for contracts and works, and participate in monitoring debt collection.
• Purchasing: Negotiate subcontracting services and material orders at the best quality/price ratio.

4) Management and Safety

• Supervision: Lead and manage the maintenance technician teams dedicated to your portfolio (setting objectives, evaluations, training needs).
• Safety & Quality: Enforce the company's HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) policy, ensure the wearing of PPE, have prevention plans established, and analyze risks on client sites.

Education: Bac+2/3 to Bac+5 in Climate Engineering, Energy, Fluids/Energy or Electromechanics (BTS FED, DUT GTE, Professional License, Engineering School).

Experience: A successful experience of 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar position (Project Manager, Site Manager or Expert Technician evolving towards commercial) in the field of HVAC maintenance. Technical skills (Know-how): Solid multi-technical knowledge in HVAC: boilers (gas, oil, biomass), refrigeration units, AHU, VMC, heat pumps, regulation/BMS, hydraulic and air networks.

Mastery of the methodology for costing maintenance contracts and work quotes.

Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to the HVAC/EER sector (Labor Code, ERP, ICPE, refrigerants, thermal regulations).

Mastery of computer tools (Office Suite, CMMS software, business management ERP).
