Job offer : Industrial Electrical Business Manager (M/F)

We are looking for our client, a recognized player in the electrical and industrial process trades, for an Industrial Electricity Business Manager CFO/CFA (M/F) to join their Lyon (69) agency.

You will mainly work with industrial clients in the Chemistry/Petrochemical sector on electrical integration and maintenance projects.

Reporting to the Activity Manager, you will take charge of the complete management of your projects, from their preparation to their closure, while being the privileged contact for your clients.

Your main missions

Manage and organize your projects: preparation, launch, planning, and monitoring of the various stages; Define the human and technical resources necessary for the realization of the projects; Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors; Organize and manage supplies: materials, equipment, PPE, and tools; Participate in steering meetings and project reviews with clients and design offices; Ensure technical and operational monitoring of the work; Ensure the application of QSE rules across all your activities; Maintain and develop the relationship with existing clients; Identify additional needs and draw up quotes; Manage the invoicing of your projects; Participate in the delivery of sites and establish acceptance reports; Monitor the profitability of your projects by ensuring compliance with margin, quality, and deadline objectives; Analyze results and ensure the closure of your projects.

You will thus occupy a complete position combining technology, project management, management, financial monitoring, and client relations, with real autonomy in managing your activity.

With a Bac +2 to Bac +5 degree in electrotechnics, electrical engineering, or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in managing CFO/CFA projects in an industrial and Petrochemical/Chemical environment.

You have solid technical skills in industrial electricity, high current, and low current, allowing you to be credible both with your teams and your clients.

You are able to manage a project in its entirety: organization of work, coordination of resources, monitoring of subcontractors, client relations, costing, financial monitoring, and compliance with contractual commitments.

Accustomed to working in a multi-project environment, you know how to manage priorities and anticipate the needs necessary for the smooth running of your projects.

Rigorous, organized, and autonomous, you also possess real managerial qualities and appreciate close management with your teams.

Your sense of service, your interpersonal skills, and your ability to create a relationship of trust with your clients will be essential to succeed in this position.

Proficiency in the Office Pack is necessary.
