Job offer : HVAC Project Manager (M/F)
The role
Under the responsibility of the Branch Manager, you will take charge of the overall management of your HVAC projects (refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation, heating, plumbing) from costing to delivery:
Commercial action
- Loyalty building of the existing portfolio, active prospecting and responding to public/private tenders.
- Project management: Technical design of solutions, site planning and direct supervision of field teams (quality control, training).
- Financial management: Rigorous budget monitoring, supply management, margin analysis and invoicing.
- Safety: Promotion and monitoring of compliance with health and safety standards by all stakeholders.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought:Education: Bachelor's to Master's degree in Climate Engineering / HVAC or equivalent. Experience: Proven similar experience in project management. Skills: Administrative and financial rigor, team spirit, responsiveness and mastery of project management software.
