Job offer : Elevator Account Manager (M/F)

Reporting to the Regional Technical Department, your main missions will be as follows:

· Carrying out technical assessments

· Monitoring a client portfolio

· Researching and implementing solutions for equipment with recurring breakdowns.

· Facilitating communication between the client and service providers (emails and calls)

· Managing, monitoring, and accepting work

· Conducting maintenance and technical audits

· Assisting sales teams

Profile

Ideally holding a Bac degree in Electromechanics or Electrotechnics, you have at least 10 years of experience in elevators, maintenance, and renovation, which has allowed you to acquire the following skills:

• Knowing how to locate, identify, and analyze the technical parts of an elevator

• Leading operational meetings

• Mastering plan reading

• Knowing how to use a control methodology

• Supervising one or more elevator technicians,

• Knowing how to work in a team and safely

• Leading and managing technical meetings with your clients

• Regulatory and normative knowledge in your field
