Mission description

To support the strengthening of its finance and human resources teams, our client in the insurance sector is looking for a Finance & HR Business Analyst (M/F) on a freelance basis with dual technical-functional skills.

At the heart of business and IT challenges, you will support operational teams to optimize and develop the Sage ecosystem.

Main missions

. Needs analysis: Collect, analyze, and translate the functional and technical needs of the Finance and Human Resources teams.

. Projects & Configuration: Participate in evolution, integration, and configuration projects for the Sage solution. Project lifecycle management: Write technical-functional specifications, develop test plans, and manage testing phases.

. Change management: Write documentation, train users, and provide level 2/3 functional support.

. Coordination: Act as the interface between business departments (Finance/HR) and IT. Profile sought Experience: You have at least 3 years of successful experience with the Sage tool and master the processes related to Finance and Human Resources.

Key skills: Mastery of Business Analysis methodologies (process modeling, specification writing, test management).

Soft skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, oral fluency, and neat presentation. Strong team spirit, listening posture, and ability to unite. Dynamism, autonomy, and strong motivation to commit to a long-term mission.
